This Terms of Service applies to use of this software platform ("the Software") by Detailing Street and its franchise partners/users. By using the Software, you agree to the terms below.
We provide the Software as a tool to help manage bookings, warranties, invoices and related business records. We are a software provider only, and are not a party to, and have no involvement in, the underlying service, sale, or transaction recorded by a user in the Software.
Users are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and correctness of all data entered into the Software, including but not limited to customer details, booking details, pricing, and invoice information. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any data entered by users and are not liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from incorrect, incomplete, or missing data.
The Software is not a tax, accounting, or legal compliance tool. We make no representation regarding GST, income tax, or any other statutory or regulatory compliance. Users are solely responsible for ensuring their own compliance with all applicable tax and legal requirements. We bear no liability of any kind for tax, GST, or other statutory matters arising from use of the Software.
We are not liable for any business loss, financial loss, reputational loss, or dispute with any third party (including customers) arising from use of, or reliance on, the Software or the data it contains.
While reasonable efforts are made to maintain and back up the system, users are encouraged to keep their own records independently. We are not liable for data loss due to technical failure, accidental deletion, or any other cause.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
